• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called "rollover"). This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and free spins not used within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.

• Failure to pass identity or age verification checks.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions filed against ggame188.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies).

Upon closure of an account for legitimate reasons unrelated to a breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method, net of any applicable fees or outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

Members may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting ggame188 support. Voluntary account closures for responsible gaming reasons will be processed in accordance with our self-exclusion policy (see Section 8).

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
